Refund policy

  • Pursuant to § 56 of the Law of Obligations Act, a consumer may withdraw from a contract entered into by means of communication within 14 days. The period shall begin on the day on which the goods reach the consumer. If the buyer withdraws from the contract, we will refund the amount paid by him as soon as possible, but not later than within 14 days after the return of the returned goods. The buyer must return the goods received from the seller immediately, but not later than within 7 days of sending the withdrawal application.

  • In the event of a product defect, the Customer undertakes to notify RamiJewellery OÜ by submitting a claim to the provided email address above. After submitting the complaint, RamiJewellery OÜ will respond to the Customer's complaint in writing within 7 days and offer its own solution.

  1.  If the defect is of a technological nature, the Customer may request that the product be repaired or replaced.

  2.  In case of replacement of a defective product, RamiJewellery  has the right to demand that the Customer return the defective product before issuing the replacement product.

  3.  RamiJewellery  will bear the costs of repairing or replacing the product if the defect was due to Rami Jewellery's fault. If the defect was caused by the Customer's misuse or accident, the Customer and RamiJewellery  will agree on the costs related to the repair or replacement of the product before the direct work involved in repairing or replacing the product.

  4.  The Customer can only demand a refund if the repair or replacement of the product is not possible or fails.

  • If the goods reach you damaged, please notify us immediately by using the form below and we will agree on the return of the goods and compensation (whether you want a refund or a replacement).

  • RamiJewellery  is not responsible for the mistakes of the postal service provider - delay of delivery, loss of parcel and other situations in which RamiJewellery OÜ is not involved. However, we assist the Customer in communicating with the postal service provider in order to find the parcel or speed up delivery.

  • The return cost is borne by the Customer!

  • The returned product must be complete, in the original packaging and without traces of use.

  • If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or there are signs of use or wear, RamiJewellery  has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

  • RamiJewellery OÜ is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.
